Hi everyone!
This is one of the coolest promos to come along in a long time because
it won't cost you anything and you'll be able to help some people
— including your friends
— in a matter of minutes. Here are
the basics.
-
Revolution Money
lets people buy things online and send money to each other via e-mail, similar to
PayPal, but is free to both the sender and the receiver, unlike
PayPal.
-
Revolution Money accounts are protected by
the FDIC. (see their about
page, but use the link below to sign up)
-
Revolution Money was started in 2006 by founders
of AOL Steve Case and Ted Leonsis, former U.S. Treasury
Secretary Larry Summers, former
Charles Schwab CEO David Pottruck, and former MasterCard International President and CEO Russell Hogg, among others, and is backed by CitiGroup,
Morgan Stanley
and Deutsche Bank.
(see http://ted.aol.com/index.php?ID=1241)
The company is currently giving $25 to everyone who signs
up, which is like what PayPal used to do, and which takes about five minutes. And you don't have to give them any of your financial information or make any commitments.
<-- sign up here!
After signing up, please pass this on to all of your friends because this is only being offered for a limited time.
A technical note: The credit will initially be posted to your account in pending status. You should then log
back in & click the "accept" button to complete the deposit. Then you can just leave it there until you need to send a payment to someone, transfer it into your bank account, etc.
Enjoy! : )
Trone
ps. After you're done, you're welcome to test the service by sending $2-5
to me revit at trone.net.
I have a few expenses that I'm trying to resolve, plus am needing some
audio equipment for a site I'm developing, so whatever you'd like to share
would be great. If you decide to send something my way, let me know
at the address above and I'll send you some free downloads when they're
ready. I will also be posting the final results of what I receive on
this site following the promotion, and 100% of what comes in above what I
need will be given to our county's homeless outreach, The
Good Shepherd Alliance.
